Getting Started


  • 1

    Stand tall with back facing the cable machine, with legs shoulder width wide, grab the rope attached on the cable in between your legs.

  • 2

    With feet planted firmly on the ground, knees bent and back bent to 45 degrees, push with your hips and straightening the back and legs.

  • 3

    Stop when legs and back fully straight and return to starting position.
