Getting Started

Pass a band through a pole and turn on the side, allowing the cable to extend at your side, while holding both grips at your front.

Stand tall while holding the cable grips together a few inches in front of your chest and push them forward straightening your elbows.

Stop when elbows are fully extended and bring them back at starting position.
