Getting Started


  • 1

    Start with the ab roller/wheel out in front of you and kneel on to the floor.

  • 2

    Get a hold of the the ab roller/wheel with both hands.

  • 3

    Take a deep breath in and slowly roll the abdominal roller straight out in front of you, try to keep your abs tightened at all times.

  • 4

    Hold the position for 3-5 seconds and then slowly roll back to your starting position while exhaling.
