Getting Started

    Face the box while standing.

  • 2

    Lower yourself into a jumping motion & jump on top of the box. As you move upward make sure to throw your hands/arms into the air to move you and keep balance.

  • 3

    Attempt to land on the box as soft as you can without smashing down. Then step off and repeat the exercise for the number of reps you require.
