Get Started With Bent Over Row (Dumbbell)
Stand tall, holding a dumbbell in hand, and bend over a bench placing your palm and knee of opposite side on the bench.
Hold the dumbbell in your hand in a hanging position with your elbow straight and bring it towards the ceiling by bringing your arm and elbow in the backward direction.
Slowly lower the dumbbell towards the ground and repeat the sequence.
