Get Started With Bent Over Row (Band)

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, step in the middle of a resistance band and grab each side in front of your thighs with straight elbows.

Pull the band upward in a vertical line up to your neck height by bending your elbows.

Slowly lower the band into the starting position and repeat the exercise.
