Get Started With Bench Press (Dumbbell)
Lie on a flat bench with your eyes under the dumbbells, and your feet flat on the floor.
Grasp the dumbbells with your palms facing forward, and lift them up to the level of your chest.
Keep your elbows close to your body and your core engaged.
Push the dumbbells up, straightening your arms.
Keep your back flat on the bench and your feet flat on the floor throughout the movement.
Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, and repeat for desired reps.
