Getting Started


  • 1

    Stand tall with both feet firmly on the ground, shoulder width wide.

  • 2

    Firmly grasp both battle ropes ends and in an explosive movement move one hand upwards while simultaneously moving the other downwards.

  • 3

    Repeat in a steady motion alternating the upward/downward motion with both arms.
