Get Started With Boxing

    Put boxing gloves on your hands.

    Follow the normal pattern of raising hand sup to your face and loosen your shoulders.

    Begin to start putting in work on the bag, varying jabs from each hand including upper cuts, straight-line punching, etc.

  • 5

    Make sure to continue protecting yourself as if you're sparring with a partner to build out the muscle memory for this activity.
