    Lie face down on an exercise mat with hands behind your head and feet placed on the ground.

    With feet firmly placed on the ground, lift your torso towards the ceiling until just enough to feel your lower back activating.

  • 3

    Slowly lower your torso towards the ground and repeat the movement.
