Gold's Gym Laredo

Owned and operated by the Garcia family, our fitness center is more than just a gym. Since opening our doors in 2005, we have striven to create a welcoming facility for the Laredo community to come together and focus on health and fitness. Because of these efforts, Gold's Gym South Texas was awarded the prestigious title of “Franchisee of the Year” in 2013. This honor is determined by evaluating many factors ranging from member services and day-to-day operations to marketing and community involvement. Our gym in Laredo was specifically recognized for our consistent demonstration of excellence and support of the Gold's Gym brand. These incredible rewards have only increased the motivation of our staff to further surpass expectations of both quality and customer service. Not only does our gym offer an incredible group exercise program, fully maintained state-of-the-art exercise equipment, and a Personal Training department filled with NASM certified trainers eager to see positive results within their clients, but we've also brought the same eager dedication to seeing positive change within the Laredo community. Our gym in Laredo has seen a tremendous amount of support from the community, and that's why we take so much pleasure in giving back to the area as much as possible. We are proud to host fitness events and fundraisers, in which all earnings go back into the local organizations that we support. In 2013, Gold's Gym Laredo won “Best Community Service Program” among 700 Gold's Gym franchises around the world, determined through evaluating commitment to community service and charity involvement. We host annual events supporting Think Autism, American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, Mercy Ministries of Laredo, and developed a sponsor program with the Sacred Heart Children's Home in Laredo. None of these great events could be accomplished with out the tremendous support and assistance from our dedicated members and staff at our Laredo health club. More than the awards and recognition Gold's Gym Laredo has received, we are most proud of the sense of family and community at our gym. It can be seen through the camaraderie in our Gold'sFit competitions, the participation in our spinning classes and Zumbathon events, and the happy faces in our newly renovated Kid's Club.
