Getting Started

    Step onto the machine facing the screen and start to move your feet to turn on the machine (if not already on).

    Using each hand, get a hold of each handle for full control, often many ellipticals will be able to track your heart rate from here as well.

    Begin to move your feet and arms in unison for a period of time that brings your to exhaustion.
