Getting Started

    Stand tall in front of the hanging rings and grasp the handles. Press through your hands, and lift your feet off the floor.

    Bend your knees and cross one leg above the other.

  • 3

    Raise your body towards the ceiling by straightening your elbows.

  • 4

    Slowly lower your body into the starting position by bending your elbows. Raise your body again by straightening your elbows.
