Getting Started

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and cross hold cables at the upper lever of the cable machine, with palms facing each other.

With arms crossed and extended, squeeze your shoulder blades and extend your arms backwards in a flying movement.

Slowly return to the starting position, and repeat.
