Getting Started

    Set Cable fly handles on lowest notch. Stand tall with feet shoulder wide, and one foot staggered on front.

  • 2

    Hold cable handle in each hand and bring your arms in front of your upper chest from sides with slightly bent elbows.

  • 3

    Squeeze your chest muscles and cross the handles, and slowly return to the starting position.
