Getting Started

    Sit on the floor with your legs straight and feet placed on the ground and back straight.

  • 2

    Place your hands on the floor vertical to the ground.

  • 3

    Press through your hands, and lift your hips and legs off the ground until your arms/elbows are straight.

  • 4

    Hold with your legs straight parallel to the ground.
