    Get into a straight arm plank position on the floor and widen your stance with your hands out about 6 inches on both sides

    Place your knees on the ground while bending the knees slightly so that the feet are off the floor.

    Lower down your chest towards the ground by bending the elbows and slowly return to the starting position.
