Getting Started

    Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, toes turned out slightly.

    Grasp a kettlebell with both hands and raise it to chest level.

  • 3

    Keep your chest up and core engaged as you bend your knees and lower into a squat.

  • 4

    Go as low as you can while keeping your back flat and your chest up.

  • 5

    Raise back up to the starting position and repeat.
