    Stand in front of a bench and bend down placing your palms on the bench while keeping your body in a straight inclined line from head to toe.

    With your body weight on your palms and toes, lower your chest towards the bench by bending your elbows.

  • 3

    Slowly straighten your elbows and return to the starting position.
