Getting Started


  • 1

    Sit comfortably on the abductors machine, place your feet on the foot pad with knees bent, and touch the outside of your thighs on the leg pad.

  • 2

    Slowly squeeze your buttocks and split your knees wide bringing them outwards the machine pad.

  • 3

    Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
