Get Started With EZ Bar Biceps Curl
Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent.
Grip the EZ bar with both hands, palms facing up, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
With your arms extended and the bar in front of your thighs, slowly curl the bar up towards your chest.
As you curl the bar, squeeze your biceps and keep your elbows close to your sides.
Once the bar is at chest level, lower it slowly back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
