    Lie down on decline bench with head rested on lowest point and knees bent to 90 degrees.

    Hold the smith bar straight up in the air in front of your chest, unclip the bar and slowly lower the bar towards the ground bringing your elbows closer to the ground.

  • 3

    Stop when elbows are parallel to your chest and return to the starting position.
