Getting Started

    Sit comfortably on the machine with the back pressed on the pad behind.

  • 2

    Grab the handles with your palms downwards, and elbows bent to nearly 90 degrees.

  • 3

    Squeeze your chest muscles and push the handles away from your body while straightening your elbows.

  • 4

    Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
