Getting Started


  • 1

    Get down to the floor on your fours, face down and weight pressed on your palms and toes with straight arms.

  • 2

    Lower down your chest towards the ground by bending your elbows slowly.

  • 3

    Keep lowering your chest until it is a few inches away from the ground, and return to the starting position by explosively pushing upwards to lift your body to the air and clap.

  • 4

    Immediately place your hands on the ground.

  • 5

    Repeat.
