Get Started With Bicep Curl (Suspension)

Stand tall in front of the suspension and grab the handles, and slowly lean your body backwards towards the ground while straightening the arms.

Bend both elbows and curl your arms, raising the body towards the ceiling.

Stop until arms are fully bent.
- 4
Hold the final position for a few seconds and slowly return to the starting position.
