    Sit on the biceps curl machine in a way that your armpits are just touching the top of the sloped section.

    Hold the machine grip in a way that your palms are facing up with your arms extended and your upper arms resting on the bench.

    Lift the machine grip, keeping your upper arms on the bench, until your elbows are fully bent, and slowly return to the starting position until your arms are fully straight.
