Get Started With Behind the Back Bicep Wrist Curl (Barbell)
Stand tall while holding a barbell behind your back, hands facing backwards, while your arm and forearm are supported on your buttocks.
With elbows straight and palms facing back, slowly bend your wrists in an upward direction lifting the barbell.
Slowly return to the starting position keeping the barbell under control.
