Gold's Gym Thousand Oaks

Thousand Oaks has been proudly serving Conejo Valley for 20 years. Conveniently located at Janss Mall, this gym has a new outdoor workout area with a huge turf area with slid lanes and Functional Training equipment for the ultimate energy burn.  Inside this expanded 45,000 square foot gym, you will find the Classic Gold's weight area, stretch, high energy group exercise and a heated 25 meter indoor lap pool. Coming in Spring 2023 – we will be expanding our space and adding Brand New GGX and Spin Studios including Les Mills The Trip. You will also enjoy a brand new Recovery room and Olympic Platforms.
