We remodeled this entire space just a couple of years back – new locker rooms, flooring, Pro Shop, Hot Yoga, stellar group exercise classes and all the bells and whistles. The Gold's Free weight area is all brand new along with the new Bootie Builder, Olympic Lifting Racks and Eleiko Lifting platforms.  Conveniently located on upper State Street – we are easy in, work out hard, easy out.
