Getting Started

    Gradually increase the duration and difficulty of your practice over time.

    Finish your practice with a few minutes of relaxation or meditation to allow your body and mind to fully relax and rejuvenate.

    Practice regularly, ideally every day, and listen to your body, if you feel any pain or discomfort, stop and rest.
