Get Started With Sprints

    Start by doing a light jog, dynamic stretches, and/or high knees to get your body ready to run.

    Begin your sprint by running as fast as you can for a set distance or time. When you reach the end of the sprint, slow down to a jog or walk until you recover.

    Rest for 30-90 seconds to allow your body to recover before starting your next sprint.

  • 4

    Repeat the sprint-rest cycle for the desired number of times.

  • 5

    After completing your sprints, take a few minutes to cool down and stretch, this will help your muscles recover and prevent injury.
