Getting Started

    Lie down on a bench on your back with knees bent and feet placed on the ground.

  • 2

    Grab a plate and bring your palms together, pressing the plate between your palms together just above your chest and slowly raise the plate by straightening your elbows.

  • 3

    Squeeze the plate together while raising it and return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
