Get Started With Drag Curl

    Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at sides.

    Hold a barbell in your hands with slightly bent elbows and palms facing upwards.

    Raise the barbell towards your chest by bending and dragging your elbows backwards, lightly touching the barbell on the body throughout, and return to the starting position.
