Get Started With Drag Curl
- 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at sides. 
- 2Hold a barbell in your hands with slightly bent elbows and palms facing upwards. 
- 3Raise the barbell towards your chest by bending and dragging your elbows backwards, lightly touching the barbell on the body throughout, and return to the starting position.
