Get Started With Wrist Roller

Stand tall while holding both ends of wrist roller, and lift it upwards and hold it with arms parallel of the floor.

With elbows straight and palms downwards, bend your one wrist in an upward direction rolling the roller and repeat with the other hand.

Keep rolling with alternate hands until roller rolls to the end.
