Getting Started

Adjust the machine to a weight that is appropriate for you, start with a lighter weight if you are a beginner.

Place your feet on the foot platform with your toes pointing forward.

Position your feet hip-width apart or slightly wider so that your calf muscles are in line with the platform.

Push down with your toes and raise your heels off the platform until your calves are fully contracted.
- 5
Hold this position for a moment and then slowly lower your heels back down.
- 6
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
