Getting Started

    Stand tall with your feet slightly wider than your hip-width and arms at sides.

    Bend your knees and hips slightly and shift your weight onto the right leg while simultaneously bending the other knee and bring that leg behind your right thigh.

    Lean forward as you perform these movements.

  • 4

    Now shift your weight to the left foot and perform the same movements.
