Getting Started

    Stand tall, holding a low cable grip in one hand, and lean a bit forward with arm extended to cable line.

  • 2

    Pull cable backwards by bringing your arm and elbow in the backward direction.

  • 3

    Slowly allow the cable to return to starting position by extending your arm and repeat the sequence.
