Getting Started

    Get down to the floor on your fours and assume a pushup position with straight elbows.

  • 2

    With your body weight supported on toes and one palm, lift one palm off the floor and tap the opposite shoulder.

  • 3

    Place the palm back on the floor and repeat the same movement with the opposite hand.
