Sit down on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in one hand while your hand is hanging at the side and palm facing your thighs.

Slowly rotate your palm towards the ceiling and lift the dumbbell towards your shoulder by bending your elbow.

Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
