Getting Started

    Sit on the machine with feet placed on the ground and back straight.

  • 2

    Move your arms slightly backward and grasp the handles behind you.

  • 3

    Press through your hands, pushing the handles downwards until your arms/elbows are straight.

  • 4

    Slowly raise the handles upwards and stop just before the machine weights touch together.
