Getting Started

Stand In front of the pulldown machine, holding the rope above your hand with your hands slightly closer than your shoulder width and palms facing inwards, and your elbows locked straight.

Pull your hips a bit backwards, and with a straight back, pull the rope towards your knees with straight arms.
- 3
Let the rope return to the starting position while holding it. Repeat the exercise.
