Getting Started

Start by standing in an upright position and gripping a cable rope attachment with both hands.

Your hands should be shoulder-width apart and the arms should be bent at the elbow.

Keeping the elbows stationary, curl the rope up towards the chest, at the same time, squeeze the biceps and pause for a second at the top of the movement.

Slowly lower the rope back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
