Get Started With Pullover (Dumbbell)

Lie down on your back on a bench with knees bent to 90 degrees and feet placed on the ground.

Hold a dumbbell with both hands, extend both arms directly over your head and slowly lower dumbbell in a backward direction until your arm is parallel to the ground.

Slowly raise the dumbbell upward until it is directly above your head and repeat
