Getting Started

    Sit on the preacher machine in a way that your armpits are just touching the pad of the sloped section.

    Hold the machine bar in a way that your palms are facing up with your arms extended and your upper arms resting on the bench.

  • 3

    Lift the machine bar, keeping your upper arms on the bench, until your elbows are fully bent, and slowly return to the starting position until your arms are fully straight.
