Getting Started

    Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell above your head with elbows straight.

    Keeping your back straight and place your feet firmly on the ground, slowly lower your body towards the ground by bending your knees.

    Keep going down until your thighs are parallel to the ground and slowly return to the standing position.
