Getting Started


  • 1

    Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold one end of the barbell on your side and its other end extended outwards to the ground.

  • 2

    Bend your upper body forward until your torso is almost parallel to the ground and bring it towards the ceiling by bringing your arm and elbow in the upward direction.

  • 3

    Slowly lower the end of the barbell towards the ground and repeat the sequence.
