Getting Started

    Place a band firmly on top of a machine.

    Kneel in front of the cable machine and extend your arms above your head, grasp the band grip with both hands.

    Keeping your head stable, bring the band close to your chest by bending your elbows.

    Let the bar return to the starting position while holding it. Repeat the exercise.
