Getting Started

    Use an overhand grip to hold on to the barbell and bring it waste level while standing straight.

  • 2

    Begin by bending your knees and use power from your legs and shoulders to push the barbell up so it is resting on the front of your shoulders. Make sure to have your elbows in front of your body.

  • 3

    Turn around the barbell and flip it to get back to the first standing position.
