Getting Started


  • 1

    Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised to shoulder height from the front.

  • 2

    Squat down by bending your hips and knees and touching the ground with both hands.

  • 3

    Push your toes and jump straight up in the air when your thighs are parallel to the ground and spin your whole body 180 degrees.

  • 4

    Land softly on your toes and repeat the sequence.
