Getting Started

Hold the grips of the chin-up machine with your hands a bit closer than shoulder width, palms facing towards you, and place your knees on the support pad.

Squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your chest towards the chin-up.

Stop when the bar is in front of your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
